if you go to registerfly.com site it looks like they are still Icann Accreditation but please note that they are not!.

Godaddy is taking the control of all the domain name that was hold by registerfly before, so if you used to have a domain there the domain should already be transfer automatic to Godaddy and Godaddy should send you email with information for how to active your new account with domain names that was register via registerfly.
